Design and optimize Spanish Speaking LATAM (SPLA) processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks. Execute the critical Human Resources (HR) requirements in SPLA, and ensure local compliance. Design and execute operationally compliant processes that mitigate HR compliance risks at country level. Optimize existing processes to enable operational efficiency and scalability that delivers extraordinary experiences for Googlers.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize Spanish Speaking LATAM (SPLA) processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks.
- Execute the critical Human Resources (HR) requirements in SPLA, and ensure local compliance.
- Design and execute operationally compliant processes that mitigate HR compliance risks at country level.
- Optimize existing processes to enable operational efficiency and scalability that delivers extraordinary experiences for Googlers.
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Talent, HR Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management, change management, communication strategy, product design or HR generalist work.
- Experience in Spanish legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
